I agree to abide by the rules and regulations as laid down by the Princess Vlei BMX Club. I hereby wave and indemnify the Princess Vlei BMX Club, its officials, or members, against any claim or action in respect of any loss, damage, injury or death which I may sustain whilst participating in any BMX pump track event or practice. I furthermore indemnify and agree to hold Princess Vlei BMX Club harmless against any loss it may sustain because of any claim made against it by any third party arising out of loss, damage or injury caused by me whilst participating as an official or competitor or rider in any BMX pump track event or practice, whether official or unofficial.
