Wine on route at Van Gaalen cheese farm

Start time of batches: 10:00am

Registration opens 9:00am

Tickets: R400pp general admission (entrance, wine tasting, goodie bag, live music) we will have a bar afterwards and food at the restaurant.

Seated tickets: R580pp it will include a table at our Terrace restaurant with waited service and our famous cheese and meat platter, (entrance, wine tasting, goodie bag, live music) we will have a bar afterwards.

Kids under 12 @R25pp

Kids over 12years old and non drinking participants - R50pp

Please note that trail tickets DO NOT include any food, drinks, tastings or any other consumables on the trail.

(On day purchase for trail permits available)

Upon arrival, you will receive a goodie bag with a wine glass, a day permit for the trails, water, snack, pen and some information on the wine.

A 4km trail walk along the scenic Skeerpoort River and Magalies River on the Van Gaalen Trails.

You will be warmly welcomed by 1 of of our wine estates approximately every 500m of the way. There you will be provided with the "liquid nutrition" and energy required to get to the next point. Enjoy a cheese pairing at some of the estates with our Van Gaalen made cheese.

Halfway point gets you a light snack to replenish the intake!

At the finish, more wine and good food will be for sale along with live music.

Registration opens at 9am until 12pm

We have a batch system for ticketing to avoid congestion at starting point.(please come to enjoy the relaxed outdoor space)

Please check batch start time to make sure long lines are avoided.

Batches are released every 15 min from 10h00-11:45

It promises to be a day filled with great fun, amazing wines(over 50 different wines) and mouthwatering food.
