Refund policy
Ticket Refund & Cancellation Policy Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, refunds will be processed as follows: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event: A full refund (100%) of the ticket price paid will be issued. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to the event: No refund will be issued. Notwithstanding the above, if you can provide suitable documentary proof that a ticket holder is unable to attend due to death or hospitalisation, a full refund will be granted irrespective of the cancellation period. All approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by the Event Organiser.
Parking
Parking is available at the venue for R50 per car. Please note: all vehicles are parked at the owner’s own risk. On-site security personnel will be present to monitor the area, but the event organizers will not be held
