Age Requirement
The Giant Picnic is a family-friendly event and welcomes guests of all ages. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Certain areas or activities may be restricted to guests 18 years and older in line with event and liquor regulations
Prohibited Items
For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are not permitted at The Giant Picnic:
Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, or sharp objects)Illegal substances or drugs
Glass containers Fireworks, flares, or explosives Braai stands, gas stoves, or open flames Drones (unless authorized by event organisers)Professional photography or videography equipment without accreditation Pets or animals (excluding registered service animals)Any item deemed unsafe or disruptive by event security
