THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITONS APPLY:
Eligibility & Participation: Companies must be based in South Africa (Preferably in East London and Surrounds) and have a staff complement of 5 to 50 employees to participate in the 2025 Summernet Thrive Awards. Each participating company is required to confirm its staff size and nominate employees based on that number. Participation in the event signifies agreement to abide by all guidelines and policies communicated by Summernet Wellness.
Ticketing: Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the event of cancelation by the organiser.
Award Categories and Fairness: Award categories will be curated and provided by Summernet Wellness based on the staff size and participation level of each company. Winners will be selected based on performance, work ethic, employee values such as teamwork, integrity and punctuality. Companies are encouraged to bring 50-80% of their staff to allow for meaningful participation and fairness.
Branding and Media: Participating Companies agree to allow photos and videos from the event to be used for Summernt Wellness promotional material.
Staff Representation: Companies must make every effort to fairly represent their staff. Bringing a disproportionately small number of staff members (5 out of 50) may result in disqualification or reduced award category consideration.
Event details: Event includes dinner, entertainment, awards, and rich networking opportunities.
Force Majeure & Changes: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or national emergencies - The event may be postponed or adapted. All participating Companies will be informed and compensated accordingly if necessary.
Parking and Vehicle Disclaimer: Summernet Wellness will provide security personnel to monitor the designated parking areas for the duration of the event. However, Summernet Wellness and the event venue will not be held liable for any theft, damage, or loss involving vehicles or property left in parked vehicles. Parking is at owner's own risk.
Injuries, Accidents and Health Disclaimer: While every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of all guests, Summernet Wellness will not be liable for any injuries, accidents or fatalities that may occur during the event. We encourage all attendees to take personal responsibility for their wellbeing and safety.
Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Summernet Wellness reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this expectation.
