Tickets are R950 per seat (Price is the same for both staff and management attending).

Staff Attendance Guideline (50-80%)
We strongly encourage companies to send between 50-80% of their total workforce to attend awards. This helps promote fairness among teams (If your company has 40 employees and only 5 attend, it can create a sense of exclusion.) This level of participation helps prevent perception of favouritism, supports a healthy competition atmosphere, and allows for a fair rotation of award recipients across annual events - making the experience inclusive, memorable, motivating, and meaningful for all.
Rotation Recognition System
Employees who win an award this year will not be eligible to win again next year (unless under exceptional circumstances). This ensures equal opportunity for all staff and encourages consistent performance and ongoing motivation across the team.
REFUND & Cancellation Policy
To maintain fairness and protect the production and planning of this large-scale event. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issues by cancellations or no-shows. This policy helps ensure commitments are honoured and production costs are covered on time.
Ticket Pricing
R950 per seat, same price for staff and management. This is a shared production cost across all participating companies. Each ticket includes a fine dining experience, live entertainment, awards ceremony, networking and media exposure, and red-carpet experience.
Event Dress Code
This is a Red-Carpet Event. Dress Theme is to be elegant and fabulous. We encourage teams to arrive in style and with pride. There will be media walls and press presence.
Seating and Group Tables
Each Company will be seated together in their branded table.
Participation Agreement
All participating companies will sign a CONFIRMATION LETTER agreeing to terms, payment deadlines, and participation scope. Tickets can be purchased on Computicket or directly through Summernet via invoice and EFT, upon request.
