Community members, including local vendors and small business owners, benefit from increased exposure and economic participation. Children are also included through family-friendly activities that promote creativity and early entrepreneurial awareness. To ensure smooth operations and safety during the Student Social Market (SSM) event, the following parking policy will be implemented: Designated Parking Areas All vehicles must be parked in clearly marked and designated parking zones. Attendees, vendors, and staff will be directed by event marshals to appropriate parking areas to avoid congestion and ensure efficient traffic flow. Vendor Parking Vendors will be allocated specific parking spaces close to the setup area for loading and offloading. Once setup is complete, vendors may be required to move their vehicles to designated vendor parking zones to free up space for attendees. Attendee Parking General attendees are encouraged to use the main parking areas provided. Parking will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early arrival is recommended to secure convenient parking. Drop-off and Pick-up Zone A designated drop-off and pick-up area will be available near the event entrance. Vehicles may not remain in this zone for extended periods to prevent traffic build-up. Accessibility Parking Reserved parking spaces will be available for individuals with disabilities and families with small children, located close to the main entrance for convenience and accessibility. Security and Safety Parking marshals and security personnel will be on-site to assist with traffic control and ensure vehicle safety. However, attendees are advised not to leave valuables in their vehicles, as the event organizers will not be held liable for loss or damage. No Illegal Parking Parking on sidewalks, emergency access routes, and restricted areas is strictly prohibited. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be requested to move immediately. Compliance All attendees, vendors, and staff are expected to comply with the parking policy and follow instructions from event officials to ensure a safe and organized event experience.
