1. General Admission:
All attendees must have a valid ticket to enter the event. Tickets will be scanned upon entry.
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the event organizers.
2. Ticket Purchase and Refunds:
Tickets are non-refundable except as outlined in the event's Refund Policy.
Parking fees are non-refundable.
Transfers of tickets are allowed, but must be done prior to the event. No ticket transfers will be accepted on the day of the event.
Refunds for qualifying cases will take 7 to 10 business days for processing.
3. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or force majeure, the event organizers reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event.
If the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be provided to ticket holders as per the Refund Policy.
No refunds will be issued if the event is rescheduled and attendees are unable to attend the new date.
4. Liability and Safety:
Attendees participate at their own risk. The event organizers and venue are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees during the event, including loss or theft of personal property.
The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject attendees who are deemed to be acting inappropriately or violating the event's code of conduct, without any refund.
Attendees are expected to follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by event staff.
5. Photography and Media:
By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed. The event organizers may use such media for promotional purposes without any compensation.
Attendees are allowed to take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial purposes.
6. Age Restrictions:
Stance of The North (Summer Edition) is restricted to individuals aged 13 years and older.
No attendees under the age of 13 will be admitted to the event. Proof of age may be required upon entry.
7. Prohibited Items:
The following items are prohibited from the event premises:
Illegal substances, weapons, or firearms.
Outside food and beverages unless otherwise approved by event organizers.
Any items that could cause harm or disruption to others.
Event staff reserve the right to conduct bag checks at entry.
8. Code of Conduct:
Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner.
Harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and offenders may be removed from the event without refund.
9. Parking and Transportation:
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking fees are non-refundable.
The event organizers are not responsible for any damage to vehicles or theft of items left in vehicles.
10. Health and Safety Regulations:
Attendees are required to comply with any health and safety protocols in place at the event, including those related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns.
Failure to comply with health and safety rules may result in removal from the event without refund.
11. Force Majeure:
The organizers are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including acts of nature, government restrictions, or other emergencies.
