Refund Policy for Stance of The North (Summer Edition)
1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refund Time Frame: Attendees may request a full refund up to 14 days before the event. Non-Refundable Fees: Parking fees are non-refundable. 2. Refund Request Process: Request Method: Refund requests must be made via email at events@selepeent.co.za. Proof of Payment: Attendees must provide proof of payment (e.g., receipt or confirmation email) when requesting a refund. 3. Conditions for Partial Refunds: 7 to 14 Days Before the Event: Attendees who request a refund within this period will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price. 3 to 6 Days Before the Event: Attendees will receive a 25% refund of the ticket price. Less than 3 Days Before the Event: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the event. 4. Ticket Transfer Policy: Transferability: Tickets may be transferred to another person, but this must be done prior to the event. All tickets will be scanned upon entry. 5. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. 6. Event Cancellation: In the case of event cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be provided to all ticket holders.
