Sorry Bazali Festival Terms and Conditions
1. Event Description: The Sorry Bazali Festival is a music festival scheduled to take place on 27th December 2025 at Nchabupi Bar Lounge, Christina Ga-Maraba.
2. Ticket Purchase: Tickets can be purchased online at computicket.com or at Shoprite. By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Strictly no under 18: Attendees must be 18 years or older to attend the Event.
3. Ticket Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the Event is canceled by the organizers, in which case refunds will be processed as per the organizers' refund policy.
4. Event Schedule: The Event schedule is subject to change without notice. Attendees are advised to check the official Event website or social media for updates.
5. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner. Any form of harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior may result in ejection from the Event without refund.
6. Food and Drink Policy:
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed into the Venue.
- The Venue will have a variety of food and beverage options available for purchase.
- Attendees are encouraged to drink responsibly.
7. Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought into the Venue:
- Drugs and narcotics
- Weapons of any kind
- Outside food and drinks, a fee for coolerboxes will be required at the gate.
- Glass bottles
- Professional recording equipment (without prior permission)
- Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the Event organizers
8. Liability: The Event organizers, the Venue, and their affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by attendees during the Event.
9. Photography and Recording: Attendees may be photographed or recorded during the Event. By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded.
10. Security: Security measures will be in place for the safety of all attendees. This may include bag checks and personal searches.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, Limpopo Province. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.
