Refund policy
Sorry Bazali Festival Refund Policy 1. Event Cancellation: If the Event is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. 2. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after the Event cancellation is confirmed. 3. No Refunds for Postponement: If the Event is postponed to a later date, tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued unless the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled Event. 4. No Refunds for Change of Mind: Ticket holders cannot request refunds due to a change of mind or personal circumstances. 5. No Refunds for Event Schedule Changes: Refunds will not be issued due to changes in the Event schedule, lineup, or other minor adjustments. Parking
Sorry Bazali Festival Parking Policy 1. Parking Availability: Limited parking is available at the Nchabupi Bar Lounge, the parking for attendees will not be inside the venue but in a safe place outside thw venue, Christina Ga-Maraba, on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Parking Fees: - parking fees are R10 per vehicle this is to pay car guards. - Payment methods: Only cash payments will be accepted. 3. Parking Hours: Parking will be available until attendees decides to leave. 4. Parking Responsibility: The Event organizers and Venue are not responsible for any damage to or loss of vehicles parked on the premises. 5. Alternative Parking Options: - Nearby parking facilities may be available outside the venue near the gate. - Attendees are encouraged to explore alternative transportation options, such as carpooling or ride-sharing. Important Notes: - Parking staff will direct attendees to designated parking areas. - Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be towed at the owner's expense.
