When purchasing a ticket, the holder agrees that all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be provided, except at the Organizer’s sole discretion in the case of full event cancellation. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event details, including the date, time, venue, and lineup, without obligation to issue refunds. If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Entry may be refused or revoked without refund for misconduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with event rules. Only valid tickets purchased through authorized channels will be accepted, and the Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained tickets.

By attending the event, ticket holders assume all risks associated with participation and agree that the Organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft. The Organizer is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, power outages, government restrictions, or emergencies. The Organizer’s total liability is limited to the face value of the ticket, and attendance constitutes consent to photography and media use for promotional purposes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and purchase of a ticket confirms full acceptance of these conditions.
