All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of full event cancellation at the Organizer’s sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for postponements, changes in lineup, venue, date, or personal circumstances, and tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. Booking fees, service fees, and processing fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the Organizer may offer a partial or full refund of the ticket’s face value only, excluding any service or transaction fees. Refund requests, if approved, must be submitted within the specified timeframe announced by the Organizer. Failure to attend the event, late arrival, or removal from the event for violating rules will not qualify for any refund.
