Ticket sold are non-refundable. All funds raised helps to save vulnerable lives.
As this is an outdoor event it is weather permitting. The show will go on despite light drizzle and a light breeze. If there are any changes, guests will be informed via e-mail. Please make sure you add a contactable e-mail address.
Entry to this event is at your own risk. SABMR & Beaulieu College cannot take responsibility for injury or loss of property. However, Security guards and First Aid assistance will be available on site.
Gates open at 17:30. Please display your purchased tickets at the gate. The movie will start at 19:30.
Please bring a torch or some form of a light for moving around after dark and to find your way back to your vehicle.
We ask that you respect the other guests and not restrict their viewing. Please place all lawn chairs etc more towards the back and sides and allow the people who "picnic", space towards the front of the screen.
Seating is not reserved - First come first serve!
Bring your own picnic baskets. No food stalls will be available.
