SABMR Gauteng Open-Air Family Movie Night

After four years of hosting a successful Cape Town leg of this event and SABMR friends begging us to bring the event to Gauteng, HERE IT IS!

Join the South African Bone Marrow Registry at Beaulieu College on the 19th of September 2024 for a movie night under the Highveld skies, all for a very good cause.

Families, couples and friends are all welcome. Bring your picnic baskets and blankets and enjoy the 1993 classic Mrs Doubtfire starring the legendary Robin Williams as you've never seen it before, al fresco!

All funds raised at this special event will go towards supporting the work done by the South African Bone Marrow Registry. The Patient Assistance Programme financially supports patients in need of a bone marrow stem-cell transplant and do not have the financial means to support the transplant related costs. The chances of a patient finding a unrelated bone marrow stem cell donor match is 1 out of 100 000, even less for patients of colour. The SABMR's Donor Recruitment aspires to grow and diversify the donor pool so that all patients in need of a life-saving bone marrow stem cell can find their perfect match.
