🎫 POTS Neon Party – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket or attending the POTS Neon Party: Christmas Eve Edition, you agree to the following terms:
1. 🎟️ Tickets & Entry
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
No refunds will be issued for missed attendance or change of mind.
Right of admission is strictly reserved.
Attendees must bring proof of age or ID on request.
Re-entry to the venue may not be allowed once you exit.
2. 💸 Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be given if you cannot attend the rescheduled event.
If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers are invalid and non-refundable.
In case of force majeure (weather, power failure, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will not be issued, but tickets will remain valid for the next POTS event.
3. 🚗 Parking Policy
Parking is at your own risk.
The organizers and venue will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or property.
Please park in designated or secure areas only.
4. 🍻 Safety & Conduct
No weapons, drugs, or illegal substances are allowed.
Drunken or disorderly behavior may result in removal without refund.
Respect fellow guests, staff, and performers.
Follow all safety and security instructions from event marshals.
5. 📸 Media & Content
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for event promotion purposes (social media, advertising, etc.).
Any professional recording requires prior written approval from organizers.
6. ⚡ Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
By entering the venue, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
