Refund policy
🎟️ POTS Neon Party – Refund Policy All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except in specific cases outlined below. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms: No Refunds for Change of Mind or Missed Event Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged if you decide not to attend or are unable to make it. Event Postponement If the event is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be offered if you cannot attend the rescheduled event. Event Cancellation If the event is fully cancelled, full refunds will be processed to all ticket holders through the original payment method used. Name Transfers Tickets may be transferred to another person at no extra charge (with proof of original purchase). Fraudulent Tickets Only tickets purchased through official POTS Neon Party promoters or channels are valid. The organizers are not responsible for fake or resold tickets. Force Majeure Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, power outages, etc.), but tickets will remain valid for a future POTS event.
Parking
🚗 Parking Policy Parking is available at the venue and surrounding areas at your own risk. The POTS Neon Party organizers, venue, and partners will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside them. We advise guests to: Lock all vehicles securely. Avoid leaving valuables visible. Park only in designated or secure parking areas.
