Postola Youth Conference – Terms and Conditions
1. Registration and Admission

1.2. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the applicable fees.
1.3. All participants must present proof of registration upon entry to the venue.
2. Payments and Refunds
2.1. All payments are non-refundable.
2.2. Transfers of tickets or registration to another person are allowed only with prior written notice to the organizers.
2.3. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event; in such cases, alternative arrangements or credits may be offered.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1. Participants must conduct themselves respectfully toward all delegates, speakers, staff, and property.
3.2. Any form of harassment, violence, or disorderly behavior will result in removal from the venue without refund.
3.3. Alcohol, drugs, or any prohibited substances are strictly not allowed at the event.
4. Photography and Media
4.1. The conference may be recorded or photographed for promotional and archival purposes.
4.2. By attending, participants grant the organizers permission to use their likeness in photos, videos, or media materials without compensation.
5. Liability
5.1. The organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
5.2. Attendance is at the participant’s own risk; the organizers are not liable for any injury, accident, or illness incurred during the event.
6. Venue Rules
6.1. Participants must comply with all venue regulations and security requirements.
6.2. Parking and accommodation are at the participant’s discretion unless otherwise arranged.
7. Amendments
7.1. The organizers reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Continued participation following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
