This includes, changes in personal circumstances, travel difficulties, or schedule conflicts. 2. Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. 3. Event Postponement or Cancellation: In the event that the conference is postponed, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. If the event is canceled, ticket holders may receive credit for future Postola events, at the discretion of the organizers. 4. Force Majeure: The organizers shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies. By purchasing a ticket or registering for the Postola Youth Conference, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
Parking
Postola Youth Conference Parking Policy Parking areas will be clearly marked for attendees, guests, and staff. VIP and disabled parking bays are reserved and must be respected. Vehicles must display an official conference parking permit at all times. The organizers are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or belongings. Follow all security and traffic marshal instructions; speed limit is 10 km/h. Unauthorized or unsafe parking may result in towing at the owner’s expense.
