Mbokodo Music Festival – Terms & Conditions of Entry
By entering the premises of Esqongweni Sport Ground on 30 August 2025, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Entry & Tickets
A valid ticket (General or VIP) is required for entry.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Re-entry to the venue may be restricted without a re-entry stamp or wristband.
2. Safety & Conduct
No weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, or dangerous items are allowed.
Respectful behaviour toward fellow attendees, staff, artists, and vendors is expected at all times.
The festival reserves the right to remove any person for misconduct, intoxication, violence, or breach of terms—without refund.
Follow all safety signs, event staff, and emergency instructions.
3. Alcohol & Substances
Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by attendees 18 years or older. ID may be requested.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Offenders will be removed and reported.
4. Photography & Media
By entering, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
Personal photography is allowed, but professional equipment (e.g., drones, DSLR setups) requires written permission.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds for change of mind, bad weather, or lineup changes.
Full refunds only apply if the entire event is canceled (see Refund Policy for details).
6. Accessibility
The venue offers limited facilities for guests with disabilities.
Notify organizers in advance for any specific accessibility support.
7. Liability
All attendees enter at their own risk.
The event organizers are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.
Security will be provided, but attendees are urged to keep valuables safe.
8. Prohibited Items
No outside alcohol, glass, firearms, pets (unless service animals), or unauthorized selling of goods.
9. Parking & Transport
Parking is available but at your own risk (see Parking Policy).
Follow instructions for ride-share drop-off zones and respect nearby communities.
10. Right to Refuse Admission
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone deemed a risk to the safety or experience of others.
