Refund policy
Mbokodo Music Festival at Esqongweni Sport Ground on 30 August 2025, focused on transparency and attendee trust: 📌 Mbokodo Music Festival Refund Policy * General rule: All ticket sales are final, except in these limited cases: * Event cancellation: Full refund of face value if the entire festival is canceled. * Force majeure (e.g. severe weather, natural disaster, government restriction): Full refund. * Line‑up changes or artist no‑shows: No refund unless the entire event is canceled. * Personal reasons (e.g. illness, transportation issues): No refunds allowed. * Refund request window: Within 21 days after the scheduled event date, via the official refund form or email. * Refund value: Face value only (R40 General, R80 VIP). Service and booking fees are non‑refundable. * Processing timeline: Refunds typically completed within 7 working days of receiving request. * Bank charges: Any international or inter‑bank fees are deducted from the refunded amount. * Ticket transfers: You may transfer tickets to others before 29 August 2025; transferred tickets must then be refunded by the new ticket-holder. This approach balances clear protections for attendees (refunds for cancellations or force majeure) with common industry standards that no refunds are offered for personal changes or lineup alterations unless the whole event is canceled.
Parking
Mbokodo Music Festival Parking Policy General Parking: Free public parking will be available near the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow signage and marshals’ directions for organized flow. VIP Parking: VIP ticket holders will have access to a designated secure parking zone closer to the entrance. Entry requires proof of VIP ticket at the gate. Disabled Parking: Limited spots are reserved for guests with official disability permits. Arrive early to secure a space. No Overnight Parking: Vehicles must be removed by midnight (00:00) on the event day. Overnight parking is not permitted for safety and security reasons. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Zones: A safe area will be marked for Uber, Bolt, and private drop-offs/pick-ups. No parking allowed in this zone. Security: While general security will be present, Mbokodo Music Festival organizers are not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or property. Prohibited: No parking in unauthorized areas, including fire lanes, residential driveways, or staff-only zones. Violators may be towed at their own expense.
