POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

·   Funeral policy Benefit E5 000.00 payable at claim stage.

·   Policy Term Period - Valid for 12 Months, effective 1st May 2026 until 30th April 2027.

·   Waiting Period - 6 months for Natural death, No waiting period for accidental death.

·   Exclusions - Suicide covered after 24 Months

CLAIMS PROCEDURE

Submit all claims to any of the Orchard Offices. The following documents must be submitted;

·   Completed Claim form

·   Identity Document of deceased and of the next of keen

·   Death Certificate

·   Mortuary Letter

·   Doctors report/Letter from Chief/Police Report

Proof of banking letter or Bank Statement
