Lekompong Music Festival 2027 – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and entering the event premises, you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticketing, Pricing & Phase Allocations

• Early Bird Tier: Early Bird tickets (R150) are strictly capped at the first 250 buyers. Once this inventory is exhausted, the system will automatically advance to standard ticketing phases.

• Phase Progressions: Following the Early Bird tier, pricing will progress sequentially to Phase 1 (R200) and then to Phase 2 (R250)

.

• Premium Tiers: VIP tickets (R500) and VVIP tickets (R1,000) grant specialized access, private amenities, and premium hospitality perks as advertised. Premium allocations are strictly limited to ensure an exclusive experience and will not be extended once sold out.

• Admission Validity: Only valid tickets issued via Computicket or authorized partners will be accepted at the gates. Digital or printed barcodes must be intact, clear, and scannable.

• No Resale: Tickets may not be resold or bartered for commercial gain. Fraudulent, duplicated, or tampered tickets will be confiscated, and holders will be denied entry without exception.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All Sales Are Final: Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable except in the event of a complete cancellation of the festival by the organizer.

• Event & Lineup Changes: The organizers reserve the right to alter the artist lineup, event schedule, or venue layout design without prior notice. Such adjustments do not entitle ticket holders to a refund or exchange.

3. Right of Admission Reserved (ROAR)

• Age Restrictions: Strictly No Under 18s allowed. A valid South African ID, smart card, passport, or driver's license must be presented at the gate upon request. Failure to produce valid proof of age will result in denial of entry without a refund.

• Entry Screening: Security personnel reserve the right to search bags, vehicles, and clothing upon entry. Refusal to cooperate will result in a denial of entry.

• Prohibited Items: No weapons, dangerous objects, illegal substances, external food, glass bottles, fireworks, cooler boxes, or professional recording equipment are permitted on the premises.

• Conduct: Aggressive, unruly, or hazardous behavior toward staff or patrons will result in immediate eviction from the venue by security without a refund.

4. Liability & Safety Disclaimer

• Assumption of Risk: Attendance at the festival is entirely at the Ticket Holder's own risk. The organizers, venue owners (Polokwane Cricket Club), artists, and staff accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, illness, death, or damage to personal property, howsoever caused.

• Emergency Medical Aid: First aid and emergency medical personnel will be stationed on-site. By entering the event, you consent to receive emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary by on-site professionals.

5. Media & Photography Consent

• Publicity Rights: By entering the festival grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by official event media. These materials may be used by the organizers for future marketing, broadcasting, and promotional purposes globally without compensation or further notice to you.
