Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

LEKOMPONG FESTIVAL 2027 PARKING POLICY Date: 18 September 2027 Venue: Polokwane Cricket Club, Polokwane, Limpopo Theme: Lekompo to the World 1. General Parking Lekompong Festival 2027 will provide free parking for festival attendees. No separate parking ticket or parking fee will be required for general parking. Parking will be available in designated areas, and guests are requested to follow the directions of parking marshals, security personnel and traffic officials. 2. Security Security personnel will be present in the parking areas to assist guests, manage vehicle movement and monitor the parking facilities throughout the event. Guests are encouraged to lock their vehicles properly and avoid leaving valuable belongings visible inside their vehicles. 3. VIP & VVIP Parking Dedicated VIP and VVIP parking will be available inside the festival venue. Access to the VIP/VVIP parking area will be restricted to guests with valid VIP or VVIP credentials or authorised parking access. VIP and VVIP guests must follow the instructions of security and parking personnel when entering and exiting the venue. 4. Parking Assistance Parking marshals and security personnel will assist guests with: - Directing vehicles to available parking areas. - Managing traffic flow. - Guiding guests towards the festival entrance. - Assisting with VIP and VVIP parking access. - Maintaining safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians. Guests are required to cooperate with all authorised personnel. 5. Vehicle Safety Although security will be present, guests are advised to take reasonable precautions when leaving their vehicles. Lekompong Festival organisers and event management will not be responsible for theft, loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. 6. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Designated drop-off and pick-up areas may be provided for taxis, shuttles, e-hailing services and private vehicles. Drivers must not block entrances, emergency routes, pedestrian walkways or traffic lanes. 7. Minibus Taxis & Shuttle Services Dedicated areas may be allocated for authorised taxis and festival shuttle services. All transport operators must follow the instructions of festival security and traffic personnel. 8. Parking Rules For the safety and convenience of all guests: - Park only in designated areas. - Follow the instructions of parking marshals and security. - Do not block entrances, exits or emergency access routes. - Do not park in restricted or reserved areas. - Drive slowly and carefully within parking areas. - Do not engage in reckless or dangerous driving. - Keep pedestrian walkways clear. - Do not leave valuables visible inside vehicles. 9. Arrival & Departure Guests are encouraged to arrive early as large numbers of vehicles are expected. Traffic congestion may occur before and after the festival. Guests are requested to remain patient and follow the instructions of traffic officials and security personnel. 10. Important Notice GENERAL PARKING IS FREE. NO PARKING TICKET IS REQUIRED. VIP & VVIP PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE INSIDE THE VENUE FOR AUTHORISED VIP AND VVIP GUESTS. Parking security will be provided to assist with traffic management and monitor the parking areas. By using the festival parking facilities, guests agree to follow the instructions of Lekompong Festival management, venue management, security personnel and authorised traffic officials. To ensure safety, expect a strict ban on glass bottles and any illegal substances and weapons

Medium Cooler Box (8L to 28L): R150 entry fee. This is the most common size for general attendees.

Large Cooler Box (29L to 50L): R200 to R300 entry fee. Great for groups, offset by a higher fee to balance out onsite bar sales.

Oversized Bins (Above 50L): Strictly not allowed. Commercial-sized cooler boxes slow down security checkpoints significantly.

Cut-Off Time: Cooler boxes should strictly be allowed into the venue until 4:00 PM (16:00).
