Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers are invalid and may be refused at the gate. 2.2 All ticket purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. TPP or its agents reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud). 2.3 Ticket prices include the advertised price plus applicable service, handling, booking and delivery fees. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 2.4 The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring that purchaser details (name, email, phone) are accurate at time of purchase.
3. Ticket Delivery and Validation
3.1 Tickets may be delivered electronically (e-ticket), by post, or collected at box office, depending on the option chosen at purchase. 3.2 Electronic tickets must be presented in the form received (QR code/barcode) and be scannable. Screenshots are accepted only if scannable and valid. 3.3 Tickets may be linked to wristbands on entry; wristbands are the official proof of entry once affixed. Tampering with, removing, or transferring wristbands while on site may invalidate admission. 3.4 TPP reserves the right to refuse entry to tickets that are counterfeit, tampered with, copied, or not issued by the Official Ticketing Agents.
4. Entry Requirements and Security
4.1 Entry may be subject to bag searches, ID checks, security screening and compliance with venue and festival safety procedures. Refusal of search may result in refusal of entry without refund. 4.2 The right of admission is reserved. TPP and venue security staff may refuse admission or eject any person whose behavior is, or is likely to be, dangerous, illegal, offensive, or contrary to these Terms. 4.3 Re-entry: • Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband and may be subject to additional security checks.

Refunds for rescheduled events will be offered only in accordance with the policy published at the time of reschedule. 6.4 If part of the Event is cancelled or a performer withdraws, this does not necessarily entitle Purchasers to a refund. TPP will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket-holders of material changes. 6.5 Force Majeure: TPP is not liable for refunds where an Event is delayed/rescheduled/cancelled due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (such as extreme weather, government order, public health emergency). In such cases TPP will communicate options via official channels. 6.6 Fees for delivery, transaction charges and third-party costs are not always refundable. Check the Official Ticketing Agent’s terms for details.

7.1 Tickets are transferable only in accordance with the Official Ticketing Agent’s transfer mechanism (if available). Transferring tickets outside the authorised transfer mechanism may void the Ticket. 7.2 Resale of Tickets for profit (scalping) or bulk buying for speculative resale is prohibited unless authorised in writing by TPP. Tickets sold or offered for sale on unauthorised platforms may be voided. 7.3 TPP may cancel any Ticket suspected of being purchased fraudulently or resold in breach of these Terms without liability, refunding the Purchaser only the face value where appropriate. 7.4 Always verify ticket authenticity using Official Ticketing Agents; TPP accepts no liability for purchases made via unauthorised sources.
