HERITAGE & HENNESSY — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. EVENT ENTRY Tickets are valid only for Heritage & Hennessy taking place on 24 September 2026 at 29 Wilkens Street, Klerksdorp. Doors open at 14:00. This is an 18+ event. Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.

2. TICKETS Each ticket admits the holder to the event subject to the ticket type purchased. Tickets may not be duplicated, reproduced, resold or unlawfully transferred. The first valid scan of a ticket will be accepted for entry.

3. TICKET PRICES General admission tickets start at R150 pre-sale and R200 at the gate, subject to availability. VIP Experience tickets are R400. A Cooler Box Ticket is R100 per cooler box.

4. COOLER BOXES A Cooler Box Ticket permits entry of one cooler box only. All cooler boxes are subject to security inspection. No glass bottles, glassware, weapons, illegal substances or prohibited items are permitted. A valid Cooler Box Ticket must be presented together with a valid event admission ticket.

5. VIP EXPERIENCE VIP access is available only to guests holding a valid VIP ticket. VIP benefits and access are subject to the arrangements communicated by the organiser and may be amended where reasonably necessary.

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS Tickets are generally non-refundable for change of mind, failure to attend, late arrival or incorrect ticket selection, subject to any cancellation or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a cancellation is permitted by law, the organiser may apply a reasonable cancellation charge where legally permitted.

7. EVENT CHANGES The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including performers, programme, timings, facilities and event layout. Any material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

8. EVENT CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT If the event is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified of the arrangements applicable to their tickets, including any refund or alternative arrangements required by applicable law.

9. SECURITY & ENTRY All guests are subject to security screening. Management and security personnel may refuse entry to, or remove from the venue, any person who behaves unlawfully, violently, dangerously or in breach of these Terms & Conditions or event rules, subject to applicable law.

10. PROHIBITED ITEMS Weapons, illegal drugs, glass bottles/glassware and other dangerous or prohibited items are not permitted. Management reserves the right to determine whether an item presents a safety or security risk.

11. ALCOHOL & RESPONSIBLE CONDUCT Guests must consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and venue rules. No alcohol may be supplied to or consumed by persons under the legal age.

12. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. ASSUMPTION OF RISK By attending the event, guests acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with attending a live event, including crowds, dancing, weather conditions, uneven surfaces and consumption of food and beverages. Guests agree to act responsibly and follow reasonable safety instructions.

14. LIABILITY Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.

15. PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING Photography, filming and recording may take place during the event for marketing, promotional and social-media purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photographs or recordings, subject to applicable law.

16. VENUE RULES All guests must comply with the rules and reasonable instructions of the venue, organiser, security personnel and event staff.

17. ACCEPTANCE By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, the ticket holder confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to their rights under applicable South African law.
