Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please ensure that you are able to attend before purchasing. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, failure to attend, late arrival or incorrect ticket selection. If the event is cancelled by the organiser, applicable refunds will be communicated to ticket holders.

Parking is available at/near the venue at your own risk and is subject to a fee of R20 as well as capacity available. Guests are encouraged to arrive early. Parking availability does not guarantee a reserved parking space

Cooler box entry is R100 per cooler box. (Including VIP Guests) One Cooler Box Ticket permits one cooler box. All cooler boxes are subject to security inspection. No glass bottles or glassware permitted.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Heritage & Hennessy: each guest must acknowledge the following: 1) attendance at an event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to crowds, dancing, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, food and beverage consumption, and other activities associated with the event. 2) Guests voluntarily assume reasonable risks associated with their attendance and agree to act responsibly and comply with all venue, security and event rules. 3) Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and personal conduct. 4) Velora & the event organisers, the venue and appointed service providers will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property. 5) Guests must comply with all reasonable instructions issued by event management and security. 6) Any person who behaves unlawfully, violently, dangerously or in breach of the event rules may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund, subject to applicable law. 7) Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.

All guests are subject to security screening and venue rules. No weapons, glass bottles or glassware are permitted. Guests must drink responsibly and remain respectful of other attendees. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who poses a safety or security risk or breaches event rules, subject to applicable law.
