Terms and Conditions

GOVHA-BENZI YOUTH DAY FESTIVAL 2027 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. A valid Computicket ticket is required for admission. Each ticket may be used for one admission only and must be presented for scanning at the entrance. 2. Tickets are valid only for the ticket category purchased. General, VIP and VVIP ticket holders may access only the areas designated for their respective ticket category. 3. This is a family-friendly event. Alcohol may only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested. No alcohol will be sold or supplied to persons under 18. 4. All attendees and their belongings may be subject to lawful security screening on entry. Prohibited, dangerous or unlawful items will not be permitted into the venue. 5. Cooler boxes are permitted only in accordance with the published event rules and applicable cooler-box charge. Glass containers and prohibited items are not permitted. 6. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at designated outlets within the venue. Attendees must comply with all applicable food, beverage and liquor-control rules. 7. Attendees must comply with reasonable instructions from event management, security personnel, emergency personnel and authorised officials. 8. First-aid and emergency support will be available during the event. In an emergency, attendees must follow instructions given by authorised personnel. 9. Parking and vehicle access are subject to the designated parking arrangements and directions of event personnel. Parking is subject to availability. 10. Ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable Computicket booking and refund rules and any rights available under South African law. Nothing in these event terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that may not lawfully be excluded. 11. The organiser may make reasonable changes to the programme, performers, scheduling or operational arrangements where circumstances require. Any cancellation, postponement or material event change will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant Computicket procedures. 12. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and must behave responsibly and respectfully toward other attendees, staff and the surrounding community. 13. By entering the event, attendees agree to comply with these event terms, the venue rules and lawful safety and security requirements applicable on the day.
