Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

GOVHA-BENZI Lodge & Resort. Day visitors will be directed to designated event parking areas and must follow the instructions of event and security personnel. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Please do not park on access roads, emergency routes or in restricted areas.

This is a family-friendly event. Alcohol will only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required. Alcohol consumption is restricted to authorised areas and all attendees must comply with venue and event safety rules.

All attendees must present a valid Computicket ticket for entry. Tickets may be scanned at designated entrance points. Security screening and bag checks may be conducted. Prohibited or dangerous items will not be permitted. Attendees must comply with event security, safety and emergency instructions at all times. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose conduct threatens the safety or enjoyment of others.

Cooler boxes will be permitted subject to the event rules and a R70 cooler-box fee payable as prescribed by the organiser. All cooler boxes are subject to security inspection at the entrance. Glass containers, dangerous items and prohibited substances are not permitted. Alcohol may only be possessed or consumed by persons aged 18 years or older and remains subject to applicable liquor laws and event rules.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase at designated outlets within the venue. Attendees must comply with all venue and event rules regarding food, beverages and alcohol. Alcohol will only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years or older. No glass containers or prohibited items will be permitted within the event area.

First-aid and emergency support will be available during the event. Attendees must follow all safety instructions issued by event officials, security personnel and emergency services. Emergency access routes and designated restricted areas must remain clear at all times. In the event of an emergency, attendees must remain calm and follow the directions of authorised personnel.
