Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, time, and venue stated on the ticket.
A valid Computicket confirmation or ticket must be presented for entry; damaged or unreadable tickets may be rejected.
The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or offensive, without any refund.
Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and security, and comply with venue rules and applicable laws.
No dangerous, illegal, or restricted items are allowed; prohibited items may be confiscated or cause denial of entry.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Some activities may have age, height, or health restrictions for safety reasons; access can be limited at the organiser’s discretion.
Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for minors in their care throughout the event.
The organiser may change the programme, activities, layout, or schedule at any time, including closing specific attractions for safety or operational reasons.
If the event is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket face value (excluding any third‑party service or banking fees) via Computicket’s normal processes.
If the event is postponed or moved to a new date, tickets will remain valid for the new date; customers who cannot attend may request a refund within a specified period announced with the change.
Entry and participation in all activities (including swimming, slides, sports, and games) are at the attendee’s own risk.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to take part in physical activities; the organiser is not liable for injuries, loss, theft, or damage to property, except where not allowed by law.
Attendees agree to use all equipment and facilities safely and to follow safety instructions and signage.
By attending the event, attendees agree that the organiser may use photos, videos, or recordings of the event (which may include them incidentally) for marketing and social media, without additional permission or payment.
Professional photo, video, or audio recording for commercial use is not allowed without prior written consent from the organiser.
Tickets may not be resold above their face value or for commercial ticket‑scalping purposes; such tickets may be cancelled without refund.
Any ticket transfer or name change must follow Computicket’s rules and may be subject to admin fees, where applicable
