Refund policy
Refunds for Cancellations If the event is fully cancelled, customers will receive a refund of the full ticket face value (excluding any external booking or bank charges paid to third parties, if applicable). Refunds will be made using the original method of payment wherever possible. Refunds for Postponements or Date Changes If the event is postponed or the date/time changes, tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date. Customers who cannot attend the new date may request a refund of the ticket face value within a specified window (for example, within 7–14 days after the new date is announced). Customer Cancellations (Change of Mind) For voluntary cancellations (change of mind, double booking, can no longer attend), tickets are generally non‑refundable, but you may allow name changes or ticket transfers where possible. You can state that any exceptional refund approvals for personal reasons are at the organiser’s discretion and may be subject to an admin fee to cover bank and processing costs. How to Request a Refund Customers must submit refund requests via email or an online form, providing full name, contact details, booking reference, and proof of payment. Once approved, refunds will be processed within a set timeframe, such as 7–14 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
