Tickets for the Easter Family Fun Cruise – Vaal Dam Experience are subject to the following cancellation terms:
1. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund less a 15% administration fee.
2. Cancellations between 7 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.
3. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
4. All refunds are processed based on the original ticket price paid.
