Refund policy
Tickets for the Easter Family Fun Cruise – Vaal Dam Experience are subject to the following cancellation terms: 1. Cancellations more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund less a 15% administration fee. 2. Cancellations between 7 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price. 3. Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. 4. All refunds are processed based on the original ticket price paid.
Parking
While we aim to provide a safe environment, Yachthaus will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings while parked on or near the premises. Guests are advised to lock their vehicles and avoid leaving valuables inside. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow enough time for parking and boarding.
