Dlala Nathi – Terms & Conditions

By attending the Dlala Nathi event, all participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticketing Policy

   • Each ticket is valid for one entry only.

   • Duplicate, copied, shared, or reproduced tickets will not be accepted.

   • The first ticket scanned is considered valid; any duplicates thereafter will be declined.

   • No refunds or replacements will be issued for tickets denied due to duplication.

   2. Parking Policy

   • Staff, partners, and vendors must use designated staff parking.

   • Public and guest parking is first-come, first-served and clearly marked.

   • Parking in emergency zones, entrances, or walkways is strictly prohibited.

   • Vehicles parked outside designated areas may be removed at the owner’s risk.

   • Organisers are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or personal items.

   3. No Cooler Box Policy

   • No cooler boxes, cooler bags, or outside food and drinks are allowed.

   • All refreshments must be purchased from authorised on-site vendors.

   • Security may inspect bags at entry. Prohibited items may be refused or removed.

   4. General Conduct

   • Attendees must respect staff, security, vendors, and other participants.

   • The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual violating rules or engaging in disruptive behaviour.

   • By entering, participants agree to follow all event instructions and safety guidelines.

   5. Liability

   • Attendees participate at their own risk.

   • The organisers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.

By purchasing a ticket or attending, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to abide by all event policies.
