Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.
To ensure a smooth, safe and well-coordinated event experience, the following parking policy will apply during the Dlala Nathi activation: • All event staff, partners and vendors are required to use the designated staff parking area. • Public and guest parking will be clearly marked and managed by on-site marshals. • Parking is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. • No parking is permitted in emergency zones, entrances, walkways or access routes at any time. • Vehicles parked outside designated areas may be removed at the owner’s risk. • The event organisers and partners will not be held liable for any loss, damage or theft of vehicles or personal property. This policy is implemented to support operational efficiency, crowd flow and overall safety throughout the Dlala Nathi event.
To protect our partners, maintain a controlled event environment and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following policy will apply at the Dlala Nathi event: • No cooler boxes, cooler bags or outside food and beverages are permitted into the event venue. • All refreshments will be available from authorised on-site vendors only. • Security reserves the right to inspect bags and personal items at entry points. • Any prohibited items may be refused entry or requested to be removed from the venue. This policy supports venue compliance, partner agreements and smooth on-site operations for the Dlala Nathi experience.
To protect the integrity of the event and ensure fair access for all guests, the following policy will apply at the Dlala Nathi event: • Each ticket is valid for one entry only. • Duplicate, copied, shared or reproduced tickets will not be accepted. • The first ticket scanned will be considered the valid entry. Any duplicate thereafter will be declined. • The event management reserves the right to refuse entry where duplicate or invalid tickets are presented. • No refunds or replacements will be issued for tickets denied due to duplication. This policy is implemented to safeguard attendance control, access management and overall event security for the Dlala Nathi experience.
