for Bringing Local Businesses Together

All tickets must be purchased in advance via Computicket — no sales will be made at the venue. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event qualify for a full refund; between 8 and 30 days, a 50% refund applies; within 7 days, no refund will be issued however tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no charge by notifying Tau Trust via WhatsApp on 078 798 5067 no later than 24 hours before the event. No cancellation fee applies where documentary proof confirms the registered attendee cannot attend due to death or hospitalisation. Should Tau Trust cancel the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund within 7 business days or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times — Tau Trust and Lynwood Club reserve the right to remove any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate without refund. Neither Tau Trust nor Lynwood Club accepts liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal property sustained during the event except where caused by gross negligence. The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes and by attending, ticket holders consent to their likeness being used in event-related media. All presentations and materials shared remain the intellectual property of the respective presenters and may not be reproduced without written consent. Alcohol will be served in accordance with the Liquor Act and will not be served to persons under the age of 18. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
