Refund policy
Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

Tau Trust Refund policy
Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund if requested more than 30 days before the event. Cancellations made between 8 and 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event, however tickets may be transferred to another person at no charge by notifying Tau Trust via WhatsApp on 078 798 5067 with the new attendee's details no later than 24 hours before the event. Where a refund is not applicable, Tau Trust may at its discretion issue a credit voucher redeemable at any future Tau Trust event, valid for 12 months. No cancellation fee will apply where documentary proof confirms the registered attendee is unable to attend due to death or hospitalisation. Should Tau Trust cancel the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund within 7 business days or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.
Venue Policy
Parking at the Lynwood Club on 25 April 2026 will be managed to ensure uninterrupted access for both event attendees and regular Club members. Event attendees are requested to follow directions from parking marshals on arrival and park only in designated event areas, keeping Club member bays strictly reserved. Disabled parking bays will be available near the entrance — attendees requiring accessibility assistance are asked to notify Tau Trust in advance via WhatsApp on 078 798 5067. Attendees are encouraged to arrive between 08:30 and 09:00 and to depart in a staggered manner after 16:30. Please note that neither Lynwood Club nor Tau Trust accepts liability for any loss, damage or theft of vehicles or their contents whilst on the premises.
