Refund Process: - Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after receiving the written refund request, provided it meets the conditions above. - Contact us at: info@yanopedia.com for all refund requests. - Refunds will be made in the original payment method. No Exceptions: - This refund policy is non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made. - It's the customer's responsibility to ensure they understand the refund policy before purchasing. By purchasing tickets or participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this refund policy.
Parking Policy
Parking Policy Availability - Parking is available for vehicles on the premises. Terms and Conditions - Parking is permitted solely at the owner's own risk and liability. - The property owner/ management is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft to vehicles parked on the premises. - The property owner/ management is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained by individuals while parking or accessing their vehicles. Indemnification - By parking on the premises, the vehicle owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner/ management, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or related to parking. Security - While every effort will be made to ensure the safety and security of vehicles, the property owner/ management does not guarantee the security of parked vehicles. Vehicle Condition - Vehicles must be in good working condition and parked in designated areas only. Compliance - Vehicle owners must comply with all parking rules, regulations, and signage. By parking on the premises, the vehicle owner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this parking policy.
