TOUR:

Monday 14 June 2021:

• Shuttles from OR Tambo Airport (Johannesburg) to Emseni Race Village
• Meet & Greet at Airport
• Departure: 12h00
• Freshly Made Snack Packs on arrival
• Mechanic to Assist with assembling your bike at Registration
• Secure over-night bike park
• *Kingfisher, Kudu, Weaver and Standard Tents are available on Monday night of the Great Mid-Week and are included in the tent price, please add your tent to your cart on the entry form.

Thursday 17 June 2021:

• Boxing of your bike after you finish on Day 3
• Return Shuttle to OR Tambo Airport from Emseni Camp
• Packed lunches available to all riders
• Departure: 12h30 (ETA at airport approximately 17:30)

Total = R1800 per person return

2 DAY:

Friday 18 June 2021:

• Shuttles from OR Tambo Airport (Johannesburg) to Emseni Race Village
• Meet & Greet at Airport
• Departure: 12h00
• Freshly Made Snack Packs on arrival
• Mechanic to Assist with assembling your bike at Registration
• Secure over-night bike park
• *Kingfisher, Kudu, Weaver and Standard Tents are available on Registration night and are included in the tent price, please add your tent to your cart on the entry form.

Sunday 20 June 2021:

• Boxing of your bike after you finish on Day 2
• Return Shuttle to OR Tambo Airport from Emseni Camp
• Packed lunches available to all riders
• Departure: 12h30 (ETA at airport approximately 17:30)

Total = R1800 per person return

DESCENT:

Thursday 24 June 2021:

• Shuttles from OR Tambo Airport (Johannesburg) to Windmill Farm, Sterkfontein Dam
• Meet & Greet at Airport
• Departure: 12h00
• Freshly Made Snack Packs on arrival
• Mechanic to Assist with assembling your bike at Registration
• Secure over-night bike park
• Accommodation in a nearby-establishment near Windmill Farm (Start)
• Shuttles to the Start on Friday morning
• Transport for rider’s bags and bike boxes to Emseni Camp

Sunday 27 June 2021:

• Boxing of your bike after you finish on Day 3
• Return Shuttle to OR Tambo Airport from Emseni Camp
• Packed lunches available to all riders
• Departure: 12h30 (ETA at airport approximately 17:30)
