FIT TRIP Travel will provide a shuttle service from the finish (Scottburgh Golf Club or one of the following hotels: the Blue Marlin Hotel & Cutty Sark Hotel) back to King Shaka airport in Durban.

Bookings close on the 10th of November at midnight. For any last-minute bookings thereafter, contact Morgane on 083 593 0594.

The shuttle will run at the following times:

Scottburgh to King Shaka Intl Airport

• 4 December 14:30 and 16:00 (Scottburgh Golf Club departure)
• 5 December 09:00 (Blue Marlin Hotel & Cutty Sark Hotel departure), 14:30 and 16:00 (Scottburgh Golf Club departure)
• 7 December 06:00 and 09:00 (Blue Marlin Hotel & Cutty Sark Hotel departure)
• 8 December 06:00 and 09:00 (Blue Marlin Hotel & Cutty Sark Hotel departure)

Check-in Times

Passengers are requested to report at the coaches 30 minutes before Departure time, to make sure that they are ready for timely departure.

Collection point for the Scottburgh to King Shaka Airport shuttle all 14:30 & 16:00 shuttles depart from Scottburgh Golf Club and 06:00 & 09:00 departures from the Blue Marlin Hotel or the Cutty Sark Hotel.

FIT TRIP Travel and its subcontractors cannot be held liable for delays, resulting from airline (or other transport mediums) bicycle and personal luggage logistics.

Meet and Greets

Meeting signs / Welcome boards with "FIT TRIP Travel – SANI2C shuttles" will be displayed at strategic points.

Product Prices

All prices are subject to adjustment in the event of any changes imposed by our individual principals, or in the event of any change in Value Added Tax, fuel prices or other statutory increases. Once full payment has been received, no adjustments will be made to the price.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing to email address: info@fittrip-travel.com and will be effective on the date of receipt in our offices. Cancellation fees will be confined to those cancellation fees levied by our principals.

In general terms principals raise the following cancellation fees:

• All cancellations will carry a 5% charge on the cancellation amount up to 3 weeks prior to your departure date.
• 20 to 10 days prior to your departure date, 25% of the service to be rendered will be charged.
• 9 to 5 days prior to your departure date, 50% of the service rendered will be charged.
• Less than 5 days prior to your departure date, 100% of the service to be rendered will be charged.

Insurance

We strongly advise all participants to purchase insurance for protection against cancellation charges, personal accidents, medical expenses and baggage.

Responsibility and Liability

In issuing tickets or coupons for travel or transport by any means FIT TRIP Travel is acting merely as agents for the Administrations, Companies, Corporations or persons providing or offering the means of travel or transport. It will accordingly accept no responsibility or liability in respect of either person or property for any loss, damage, injury, delay or irregularity however occasional, sustained or suffered in or during any passage, journey, trip or in connection with the carrying out of any arrangements made by or through it. FIT TRIP Travel reserves the right to make, with or without notice, any variations or changes in the vehicles used for transportation, without liability for compensation to the customer. It will, furthermore, not be liable for any loss that may be incurred by any alteration, suspension or curtailment of services. Baggage and personal belongings are carried entirely at owner's risk.

Luggage

Luggage is limited to 20kg per passenger + 1x bicycle.

Force Majeure

FIT TRIP Travel and any of our suppliers and/or sub-contractors shall not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained by the passengers or for personal injury or death arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including by, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, war, acts of God, industrial disputes, civil strife, fire, flood, weather and political unrest.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any claim arising shall be subject to South African Law and you, your client and FIT TRIP Travel agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Acceptance by the customer will be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions described herein.

The prices are valid for periods as specified and are subject to the availability of service at the time of effecting booking.
