Standard Ticket: R130 per ticket
Covers up to 3 hours of queue standing
Only one standard ticket type is sold. For shorter or longer durations, discounts, or custom requests, please use the YQBuddy App.
Buddy Queueing Time
We understand these places are always busy, so your Buddy can start queueing as early as 5:00 AM to secure your spot.
The Buddy will wait for up to 3 hours until you arrive or until your requested start time.
This means you don’t have to rush—your spot is secured while you handle other tasks.
Booking & Sending Tickets
Purchase at least 5 hours in advance (preferably a day or more before).
Send your ticket to hello@yqbuddy.com or directly to your dedicated Buddy via WhatsApp.
Confirm your queue location and estimated arrival time with your Buddy.
Attendance & Forfeiture
You must arrive at the queue location.
If the Buddy waits and you do not respond or show up, your ticket will be forfeited.
Even if the Buddy waits less than 3 hours but the service was confirmed and you switch or don’t arrive, the ticket cannot be reused or refunded.
Using the YQBuddy App (Recommended)
The app provides instant Buddy assignment, in-app chat, live location tracking, and secure payments.
For custom times, shorter waits, or special discounts, the app is the best option.
Urgent or same-day requests are faster and more reliable through the app.
