YOUTHCHELLA — TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a Youthchella ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please ensure that all ticket information is correct before completing your purchase.

  1. Tickets Are Non-Refundable

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or where OLB Events officially announces otherwise.

  1. Valid Ticket Required

A valid ticket must be presented at the entrance. Tickets may be scanned or checked for authenticity before entry.

  1. Age Requirement

Attendees must comply with the age requirements communicated by OLB Events. Valid identification may be requested at the entrance.

  1. Right of Admission

OLB Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is considered dangerous, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate.

  1. Prohibited Items

Weapons, illegal substances, dangerous objects, and other prohibited items are not allowed at the event. Security checks may be conducted before entry.

  1. Alcohol & Substances

The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Alcohol-related entry and consumption will be subject to the event's age restrictions and applicable South African laws.

  1. Cooler Boxes

Cooler-box access is only permitted with a valid cooler-box ticket and is subject to the event's rules. OLB Events reserves the right to inspect cooler boxes and prohibit restricted items.

  1. VIP Tickets

VIP access is only available to guests with valid VIP tickets. VIP privileges are subject to the benefits advertised by OLB Events and may not be exchanged for cash.

  1. Event Changes

OLB Events reserves the right to change the event schedule, performers, venue arrangements, or other event details when necessary.

  1. Cancellation/Postponement

If the event is postponed or cancelled, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable arrangements through OLB Events' official communication channels.

  1. Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. OLB Events will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Photography & Video

By attending Youthchella, you acknowledge that photography, video and other recordings may take place. These recordings may be used by OLB Events for promotional, marketing, social media and media purposes.

  1. Health & Safety

Attendees must follow all reasonable instructions from event staff, security personnel, emergency personnel and venue management.

  1. Damage to Property

Any attendee who intentionally damages event or venue property may be held responsible for the resulting costs and may be removed from the event.

  1. Ticket Fraud

Counterfeit, duplicated, altered or fraudulently obtained tickets will be considered invalid. Such tickets may be confiscated and the holder may be refused entry.

  1. Re-entry

Re-entry is only permitted where specifically allowed by OLB Events and/or the venue.

  1. Compliance With the Law

All attendees must comply with South African law and the rules of the event venue.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing or using a Youthchella ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
