Sauced Up Fest – Terms & Conditions
Entry: A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets are non-transferable once scanned and cannot be re-used or re-entered after exit.
Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are refunded only if the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Age restriction: Entry is limited to persons of legal age. Valid ID may be requested at the gate.
Search & security: All patrons and bags may be searched on entry. Refusal to be searched means refusal of entry, with no refund.
Cooler boxes: Cooler boxes are permitted only between 18:00 and 20:00 at a fee of R100 per cooler box. Cooler boxes brought outside this window will not be admitted. Coolers are subject to search.
Prohibited items: Weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, fireworks and any item deemed dangerous are not allowed.
Conduct: Violence, harassment, theft and disorderly behaviour will lead to removal without refund. Organisers may refuse entry or remove anyone at their discretion.
Liability: Attendance is at your own risk. The organisers and venue accept no liability for loss, theft, injury or damage to persons or property.
Line-up & programme: Artists, times and programme may change without notice and do not entitle you to a refund.
Media consent: By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use.
Right of admission: The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and to refuse admission.
