By purchasing a ticket to Xmas Xplosion, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1.1. Tickets are valid only for Xmas Xplosion on 25 December and for the ticket type purchased.
1.2. A ticket constitutes a revocable licence to attend the event and may be subject to venue capacity, security, and entry requirements.
1.3. The ticket purchaser is responsible for providing accurate information during the purchase process.
1.4. Once payment has been successfully completed, the purchaser is responsible for keeping their ticket secure and accessible.
2.1. Each ticket may be used for one entry only, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Duplicate, copied, altered, fraudulent, or invalid tickets will not be accepted.
2.3. The first valid presentation of a ticket will be granted entry. The organisers are not responsible if a ticket is copied, shared, stolen, or used by another person before the legitimate ticket holder arrives.
2.4. Tickets may not be resold for an amount greater than the original purchase price unless expressly
