Refund Policy for Xigaza Saturday: Full Refund: Attendees can receive a full refund if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event date. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, or no-shows, will not receive a refund. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Xigaza Saturday is canceled or postponed, attendees will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date. All refund requests must be submitted via the official event platform.
