Xigaza ‘Gomora – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and entering the event premises, you ("the Attendee") agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Safety & Security

Right of Admission Reserved: The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly, dangerous, or offensive.

Searches: For the safety of all attendees, body searches and bag checks will be conducted at the entrance. Refusal to cooperate will result in denial of entry without a refund.

Prohibited Items: Strictly no weapons of any kind, illegal substances, glassware, fireworks, or dangerous objects are allowed inside the venue.

Alcohol & Beverages: No outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue unless explicitly permitted under specific ticket tiers (e.g., cooler box tickets, if applicable).

2. Ticketing & Refunds

Validity: Only tickets purchased through authorized ticketing platforms (like Computicket BoxOffice) are valid. Scalped or duplicated tickets will not be honored.

Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is completely cancelled by the organizers.

Age Restrictions: Please check the specific age restriction for this event (e.g., No under 18s). Valid identification may be required at the gate.

3. Liability & Medical

Voluntary Risk: Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organizers, artists, venue owners, and staff accept no responsibility or liability for any personal injury, loss, death, or damage to personal property.

Medical Assistance: Basic first aid/medical personnel will be on-site. By entering, you consent to receive emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary by on-site medical staff.

4. Media & Photography

Consent to Media: This event will be filmed, photographed, and recorded. By attending, you grant the organizers permission to use your likeness in promotional, marketing, or broadcast materials worldwide without compensation.

5. Behavior & Respect

Zero Tolerance: We celebrate culture, music, and unity. There is a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, violence, or abusive behavior of any kind. Let’s keep the energy positive and the dancefloor safe!
