By purchasing a ticket for Mokapele Events Presents: Women’s Day Event 2026, the ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Ticket Validity Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented at the entrance for scanning. Tickets may be shown on a phone or printed.
No Refunds Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by the organiser.
Event Changes The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, artists, speakers, venue layout, or event schedule where necessary.
Entry and Seating This is a general access / unallocated event. Seating and space are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cooler Box Rules Cooler boxes are allowed only with a valid cooler box permit. Small cooler box: R50 Big cooler box: R70 No bottles are allowed. Cans only are allowed.
Prohibited Items No glass bottles, weapons, illegal substances, dangerous items, or any item considered unsafe by security will be allowed.
Right of Admission Reserved The organiser and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not follow the event rules, behaves aggressively, or creates a safety risk.
Vendor Stalls Vendor stall bookings are R250 per stall. Vendors must follow organiser instructions, arrive on time for setup, and operate only within their allocated space.
Personal Responsibility Guests attend the event at their own risk. The organiser will not be held responsible for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property, except where required by law.
Photos and Videos Photos and videos may be taken at the event for promotional purposes. By attending, guests agree that their image may appear in event-related media.
Children and Minors Children or minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, where applicable.
