1. Ticket Purchase and Entry Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. Each ticket admits one person. Duplicate tickets will be void. Entry may be denied if the ticket appears to be duplicated, altered, or defaced. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for security or safety reasons.

2. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket. No refunds will be issued for postponed events; tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

3. Code of Conduct Attendees must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event. Illegal substances, weapons, and disruptive items are strictly prohibited.

4. Liability and Risk Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organizer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the ticket holder.

5. Audio/Visual Release By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. These materials may be used across media platforms without compensation or further permission.

6. Children and Minors [State the age policy, e.g., “Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.”] The organizer reserves the right to determine age restrictions based on the nature of the event.

8. COVID-19 / Health Policies (if applicable) Attendees must comply with local health regulations, which may include mask-wearing, temperature checks, or proof of vaccination. The organizer reserves the right to update health guidelines based on public health recommendations.

10. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of south Africa.
