Terms and Conditions of the Event  

1.General Disclaimer

• Women Empowerment Event is an Event organized by a group of business entities i.e Tested Foods reg (2022/257983/07), Bonfe’ spa & massage treatment, Pamper Contour, Hairs for Heirs, Nhlamulo florist & Deco & Tshidi Beauty & Make up with the intention of sharpening, Empowering and Networking on 2023-10-07 from 11:00 to 22:00, for an empowering day of women inspiring one another. This exclusive event will feature amazing talent and inspiring speakers.  Connect and network with inspiring and powerful women.

• Enjoy an afternoon of tea and light snacks.

• Listen to inspiring speeches from powerful women.

• Shop from local vendors.

• Meet and greet with amazing performers and Network in and throughout the Event.

2.Items Allowed / Not Allowed

Soft drinks and food will be sold in the premises, Alcohol coolers bags will be controlled at the gate by our security Personnel @R50.00 per cooler bag, STRICKLY NO BOTTLES ALLOWED, only plastic bottles and cans, No selling of food, flowers, make up, massages and hair products and wigs items will be allowed since these services will be provided by the hosts. Seats will be provided Therefore no foldable chairs will be allowed in. No admission of children under the age of 18 years old. Right of admission is reserved.

3.Additional Information

All tickets Information and general admission herein, all tickets will be sold by Computicket and are limited, no tickets will be sold at the gate for crowd control and order purposes. Every admission will receive a wrist band or QR code by the gate for control of going in and out of the premises. No one will be allowed in without the wrist band or QR code, if lost a penalty of R200 will be paid.

4.Refund Policy

Women Empowerment's event ticket purchases are transferable if you are unable to attend.  In the case an event has to be cancelled with no plan to reschedule, tickets purchased will be refunded.  If an event gets postponed or rescheduled to a future date, the tickets will automatically transfer to that future event date or an event credit for use towards another future event will be offered upon request.

5.Parking

All vehicles, motorcycles, and motor scooters on the Event are required to be registered with the event organisers and security personnel on the day of the Event and an amount of R10.00 will charged. Vehicles parked on Event property are required to display a parking permit. And Tested Foods and related entities will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft for any expense, personal injury, including loss of life, disability. We reserve the right to waiver from All risk and liability that may occur during or after the event.

General

There will be a professional 360-degree photo booth @ R50 per personal picture- and the event will be recorded in a form pictures & videos broadcasted on social media platforms, therefore every participant might be photographed for the purpose of advertisement and Event feedback to the society. Should any matter arise from any of our invited and Guest Artist, and they fail to honor the agreement, Attendees may Not sue the event Hosts for any performer/s that could not make it to the Event.  Any persons misbehaving or refusing to Cooperate with any of the staff or security Personnel, or violating any of the policies stipulated herein, will remove from the Event premises.
