Refund policy
No refunds. No exchanges. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer. If event is cancelled, refund will be processed via Computicket minus service fees. Right of admission reserved.
Parking
Secure parking available at the venue. Parking is at own risk. R350 parking fee may apply at gate. Do not leave valuables in car. VIP parking available for VIP ticket holders. Please follow parking marshals instructions.

18+ Event. No under 18s allowed. Valid SA ID, Passport or Driver's License required for entry. No ID, No Entry. Drink responsibly - Right of admission reserved. No illegal substances.
Prohibited Items
No cooler boxes, no outside food or drinks, no weapons, no drugs, no glass bottles. Camp chairs allowed in general area only. Small bags may be searched at entrance for safety. Food & drinks will be sold inside by approved vendors.
